A THING OR TWO ABOUT SLEEP

Why do you always snooze your alarm about every morning? You do not intend to procrastinate waking up but you just can’t help it. Sleep is a really great thing, everybody enjoys it. It is pleasurable. And still okay to sleep, it's natural.

How do you feel when sleeping? Oh! I forgot, you hardly feel anything; the best you do is dream. Dreams, the entertaining part of sleep, always interesting even if we feel exasperated by it or rather, happy.

The funnier part of the whole thing is the fact that you can’t possibly drive it yourself. It is sometimes a way of perceiving a vision or explaining what has happened as most people say and believe. Sleep is just a good thing.

As much as sleep is good, we need to do it right so as to reach the full potential of sleep. Ranging from: when we wake up, what and when we eat, how much we work or rest, what we wear when sleeping, how we sleep(posture), how we sleep(with or without a pillow), how much… how much, there just are so many things to take note of that affect sleep.

My blueprints for this article is ‘what we wear when sleeping’. What we wear matters a lot even when we are not sleeping, but when we sleep especially is when our body needs rest.

Wearing tight clothes like bras, tight pants, tight stockings and the likes keep some body parts out of sufficient rest, because as blood circulates round the body freely the more the body rests, and the veins and other capillaries are less with pressure.

Tight trousers or pants also can cause hernia, a disorder where a part of the body bulges out through openings in the tissues and could lead to sterility. Just so you know, the body is a frailing entity which has to be taken care of like a plucked flower else, it will droop.

Take an example from the pimples you used to have or still have, they keep persisting the more you resist them; so just as that you need to keep those pimples away, try to sleep well.

I say play safe while sleeping. To be briefer than I apprehended, just know that before anything else just take care of you. Particularly, your sleep.
