This has got to be one of the funniest videos you will watch this week. So PHCN officials went to a house somewhere in the East to disconnect power due to unpaid bills.

But on getting there, they found out the house haven't had power in a while.

The officials who appeared confused at first, then called their headquarters to supply power to the affected house so they can disconnect it.
