THE apocalypse is coming and the end of the world will happen in 2021, according to Christian conspiracy theorists who believe we are on the brink of civilisation being destroyed. APOCALYPSE WARNING: End of the world and return of Jesus 'will happen in next FEW years' The World Bible Society believes that the world will end on or before the year 2021, with Jesus returning by 2028 after the apocalypse. In a series of books, the World Bible Society president Dr F Kenton Beshore has outlined his predictions for the impending rapture, and believed it began almost a century ago.

In Biblical terms, Dr Beshore claims that a generation is “seventy years, or perhaps eighty, if we are strong”, leading him to the conclusion that World War Two and the birth of Israel marked the beginning of the end for humanity”. In his book ‘When: When Will the Rapture Take Place?’, the theologian writes: "The parable of the fig tree is a prophecy of the rebirth of the nation of Israel.”
