Cristiano Ronaldo has broken the record for most goals ever scored in Europe’s top five leagues.
The forward scored a brace for Real Madrid in their 4-1 win at Celta Vigo on Mat 17, hence putting himself clear of former record holder Jimmy Greaves.
Ronaldo's first, a left-footed shot took him past the previous mark of 366 which he shared with former Tottenham, AC Milan and Chelsea striker Jimmy Greaves.
The Portuguese netted a second on the night put him clear to he the highest goal scorer in the league in Europa's top five leagues.
Europe’s top five leagues consist of Spanish La Liga, Italia Serie A, the German Bundesliga, French Ligue 1 and the English Premier League.
