I take it by clicking on this link you must be a lover of good beards, but having your beards grow is just as not easy as keeping them shaved. You need to be consistent at grooming them.
For instance, a gardener who grows flowers or décor plants would always have to remove the grasses around them, water and even fertilize them in order for the beauty of the flowers to be kept alive. Many people go around malls and stores in search of creams to help them grow their beards but still end up at the frustrating end of their shaving sticks. In this article I am going to help you out with some basic ways on how to do it.
1.
Tilling the soil.
Just like the gardener would need first to treat the soil in order to grow his plants, so would you need to keep your soil tilled:
• The skin usually is covered with many dead cells which usually cover the sweat pores and other vital openings on your skin, therefore you need to get them out of there. They are a hindrance to your beards growing.
You might be asking how you can be able to get them out of there, but you can so easily. All you need do is get a good soft sponge, apply some good soap and try to scrub the whole of your face very well, but take it easy on your face-the rinse and dry your face with a clean and dry towel or cloth.
And try to do this at least once a week, but if you can do more-then more beards for you.
• Always try to keep your skin moisturized as the sebaceous glands sometimes get dry, especially when we stay for so long in the sun as the heat triggers the expulsion of its oily content which makes the skin dry.
2.
Applying the fertilizer.
Don’t forget, the gardener is your mentor here.
• Make it a very conscious effort to take biotin(varieties of vitamin B) rich foods supplements. The biotin naturally already in your body may not serve too enough to keep your biotin levels up and constant, therefore you would need to give in an additional effort.
These chemicals help in accelerating hair growth in your body by increasing the metabolic rate of the food you take into the body which in turn very much helps hair growth in the body.
• Taking a lot of protein can also help you get your beards together. So why not? Try some eggs, beans, milk and the proper likes.
A reasonable amount of fish oil and other omega-3 fatty acids could be of help to your hair, taking that these fatty acids help in burning or dissolving other harmful sugars and carbohydrates making the skin less dense of fats, which helps the hairs grow faster and better.
3.
Allowing the plants to grow
No matter how a client badly needs flowers or the gardener needs money, the gardener must allow the flowers to grow to maturity.
• However the urge might be to shave them, allow the beards to grow. I earlier told you keeping beards wouldn’t be any easier than shaving them, so don’t panic. Keep combing and applying some oil to it- AND LET THEM GROW.
• Yes I know itching would always be there, but remember for anything good as beards-having them would come at a price. Fortunately enough instead of shaving them out of the frustration, there are quite cheap creams you could obtain and apply which could subsidize the itchiness.
DON’T FORGET YOU ARE DOING THIS FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR BEARDS.
And good luck from Blogstars Team.
Enjoy your beards.
