Real Madrid entered their game against Borussia Dortmund this evening with a curse to break.
Los Blancos, who have won the European Cup a record 12 times, haven’t won in any of their six visits to Dortmund. And Zinedine Zidane was fully aware of the hoodoo hanging over Los Blancos.

The Portuguese star is well known for being quite selfish and this was certainly one of those moments where he should have tried to score himself.
But his pass to Bale was brilliantly intercepted by Lukasz Piszczek, who cleared the ball behind for a corner.
