Rio Ferdinand has taken a swipe at Jose Mourinho after Victor Lindelof was introduced as a substitute in the final minute of Manchester United's draw against Liverpool.
The Swede was brought on for his Premier League debut when he replaced Ashley Young in the 93rd minute at Anfield as the two rivals cancelled eachother out.
Lindelof has struggled for game time at Old Trafford since his summer switch to Old Trafford from Benfica.
And former Red Devil Ferdinand took exception with the way the defender was handed his league debut.
He tweeted: "You can't bring me on at 92mins.....My pride would be pierced."
Lindelof's previous appearances for United came in the European Cup and EFL Cup competitions after his first outing in a red shirt in the European Super Cup back in August.
